Dr. Jensen holds an M.Sc. in computer science
from the University of Copenhagen (Denmark), and a Ph.D. in computer science
from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, France). He is an associate professor
at the Department of Informatics and Mathematical Modelling at the Technical
University of Denmark, where he teaches and conducts research in the area of
security in open distributed systems. For the past 10 years, he has focused on
trust-based methods and technologies to secure collaboration among entities in
open distributed system. This work addresses all 3 As in AAA: Authentication
technologies and entity recognition; Access control policies and mechanisms; and
Accountability through reputation and recommendation systems. He is currently
leading two active projects in the area of trust management: the Wikipedia
Recommender System, which develops a reputation mechanism for the Wikipedia and
the Secure Wiki Project, which develops a general trust and reputation based
access control mechanism to protect open wiki systems from vandalism. |
