Harrison McKnight (Ph.D., University of Minnesota, 1997) is an Associate Professor at the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He previously served on the Florida State University faculty. He has expertise in how firms build trust in technology and in electronic commerce and social networking websites. Dr. McKnight’s work has been published in journals such as the IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, and the Academy of Management Review. He has served on the editorial boards of MIS Quarterly, Journal of Trust Research, and the Electronic Commerce Research and Applications journal. One of his articles has been reprinted in the monograph series, Landmark Papers on Trust. |
